Located in the heart of Upper Coomera with convenient M1 access, our versatile venue can accommodate everything from intimate meetings to large functions of up to 350 guests.
With flexible event spaces, modern audio-visual technology, commercial kitchen facilities, accessible amenities and plenty of parking, The Well is designed to make hosting your event simple, comfortable and memorable.
The Auditorium
The auditorium is a spacious, professionally acoustically treated venue designed for presentations, performances, conferences, and special events. It features a large rear stage, dual drop-down screens, surround sound, and professional stage lighting, with the flexibility to adjust stage size to suit your event.
For added versatility, the front section can be separated using floor-to-ceiling concertina doors to create a breakout space, networking area, or pre-function lounge. This area includes a servery with serving window into the auditorium, plus a fridge, hot/cold Zip tap, and dishwasher. A fully equipped commercial catering kitchen is also available for hire, ideal for catered events and larger functions.
